Since 2004, I have been involved in the advertising and digital industry for over 18 years, assisting companies in Malaysia with their digital transformation. I have played a pivotal role in facilitating the digital transformation of Malaysian and international businesses. My extensive clientele in the advertising sector spans 50 diverse industries, fostering keen insights into domestic and international markets. This exposure has allowed me to discern the evolution of the e-commerce landscape and the emerging trends in new retail, sweeping across Asia.

Currently, I am serving SMEs from 15 countries within the RCEP, offering a range of services from specialized expertise to comprehensive resource integration, and aiding businesses in their digital transformation journey.

  • In 2004, Malaysia’s first commercial information search engine was founded.
  • From 2004 to 2006, assisted over 700 SMEs in Malaysia in establishing their company websites.
  • Between 2008 and 2010, published approximately 1.5 million copies of business magazines.
  • In 2010, launched a digital business magazine in Malaysia.
  • In 2013, developed a mobile shopping and loyalty program mobile app called Shoppe.
  • In mid-2013, ventured to China and provided services in cross-border e-commerce, telecommunications, and website development.
  • In 2017, co-organized a UNESCO project featuring Kunqu Opera from Nanjing, China, which toured in Malaysia.
  • In 2018, launched Syokbag Mobile App.
  • In 2018, assisted SMEs in applying for intellectual property rights (IP).
  • From Q4 2018 to the present, managing Malaysia’s Cloud Computing Tax Solution’s digital marketing.
